Under the advice of my doctor I have been using this product for years and it has helped with my hot flashes etc. I however have swolled them instead of letting them melt away under the tongue.

I thought I could use this cheaper black cohosh product in place of Remifemin. I was totally wrong. This stuff tastes rank plus does absolutely nothing for hot flashes and night sweats. Stick with Remifemin if it is helping you and do not buy this junk.
